For use with Space Empires IV version 1.91 only.


INTRODUCTION
============
This package contains new AI files for Terran Confederation. I felt bound to honor the overall design of SE4 as it was designed by Malfador Machinations. You won't find altered tech trees, new components or new facilities in this package, just tweaks to get the most out of what is already there. Please note that all this is work in progress and any feedback is welcome!


HISTORY

Version 4.00
1.) Tweaked the "AI_Construction_Vehicles.txt".
2.) Tweaked the "AI_DesignCreation.txt".
3.) Small corrections and tweaks to the other files.

Version 3.00
1.) Tweaked the "AI_Construction_Vehicles.txt".
2.) Tweaked the "AI_DesignCreation.txt".
3.) Some small production changes.

Version 2.90
1.) Tweaked the "AI_Construction_Vehicles.txt".
2.) Tweaked the "AI_Construction_Unit.txt".
3.) Redesigned several ships.

Version 2.80
1.) Tweaked the "AI_Construction_Vehicles.txt".
2.) Redesigned several ships.

Version 2.70
1.) Created "AI_Construction_Units.txt" to take advantage of new unit control.
2.) Redesigned the "AI_Construction_Vehicles.txt" and included Troop Transports.
3.) Redesigned several ships.
4.) Increased max. turns before next attack, # systems to defend & fleet % based on research by Tampa_Gamer and my experimentation.
5.) Several other tweaks here and there.

Version 2.60
1.) Drone support has been added. Minor tweaks to the other AI files.

Version 2.50
1.) The "Xiati Empire" race Ai files have been added.
